United States Quarterly Multi-Tenant Sandbox Refresh Jul 6, 2026 08:00-16:00 EDT

The quarterly United States multi-tenant sandbox refresh will take place on July 6th. You may read more about the sandbox refresh process and recurring schedules here:

Only multi-tenant clients will be offline while their sandboxes are refreshed. Private Cloud sandboxes will remain online and will not be refreshed.

Data for the refresh will be *as of 11:30 PM ET the Thursday day prior* to the refresh.

As soon as all refresh activities complete, TeamDynamix will close the maintenance window.

Resolved - This issue was confirmed resolved as of 1:07AM ET on 6/10/2026. The upstream network issue has been resolved, and additional monitoring has been put in place to better capture the issue in the future.
